This matcha is packed with amino acids, nutrients, antioxidants, fibre, and chlorophyll. The presence of one specific amino acid - L-Theanine - is why matcha is so effective at boosting energy without the jitters that other caffeine drinks are known to cause. Matcha has 5 times the amount of antioxidants of any other known plant source, which help protect the body from free radicals.
