Glowing Spicy Citrus Sipper
Prep time: 2 mins – Makes 1 mocktail

- Juice from 1 lime & 1 orange
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon of raw Manuka honey
- 1 droplet of Curatonic Anti-Inflammatory Tumeric Tincture
- 1 cup of seltzer water
- Handful of ice
- At the bottom of a tall glass combine the Curatonic Anti-Inflammatory Tumeric Tincture with the lime and orange juice, paprika, ginger, and honey, and mix with long spoon.
- Add seltzer and ice and mix again. Top with slice of lime. Serve & Enjoy!
5. New Year, New Relationship with Food
2020 is the year to stop counting calories. Finding peace with our food choices starts once we stop counting calories and focus on an overall healthy lifestyle. Resist setting unrealistic diet goals and succumbing to weight loss pressure, instead focus your attention on building a strong foundation and healthy relationship with food.
