Let me explain to you my unique Body & Mind Nutrition Theory.

My Body & Mind Nutrition Theory starts with eating well. It is the foundation of living well. When you make the decision to start living a more balanced lifestyle, there are certain things you have to realize. As a Health Coach, let me help…

All journeys begin with evaluating our primary foods, which are actually comprised not of the food itself but rather of all aspects of our lives, from our careers to our interpersonal relationships, to the amount of physical activity we do, to our emotions and spirituality. All of these elements influence the outcome of our wellness journey.

During consultations, I always tell my clients that it’s not just what you eat that counts. Your environment plays a key role.

I cannot emphasize enough the fundamental importance of primary foods. The idea is to find BALANCE among them.

Even though you may be skeptical at first, your primary foods are literally the elements that contribute to your sense of nourishment and leave you feeling satisfied in the grand denouement that is your life.  When transitioning to a “healthier lifestyle”, it is very common to completely overlook these primary foods. Until now, living a “healthy lifestyle” only meant eating your greens and running to the gym three times a week. Our unique nutrition theory doesn’t follow this antiquated way of doing things. As a health coach, I look at my clients’ primary foods, first. Then, I ask them about their “secondary foods”.

“All journeys begin with evaluating our primary foods, which are actually comprised not of the food itself but rather of all aspects of our lives, from our careers to our interpersonal relationships, to the amount of physical activity we do, to our emotions and spirituality.”

Secondary foods are the foods we eat to fuel our bodies every day. Everybody has specific needs. This is mainly why fad diets never really work. One person’s food can be another’s poison.
Your health and wellness should be based on your bio-individuality, and not on any given theory. Each of us has unique food preferences and lifestyle needs that make us happiest.

“One person’s food can be another’s poison.”

It’s been proven, that the following diet and lifestyle recommendations will help you get well. Its a given. Listen (or read) closely:

Simply put, if you make easy lifestyle changes, you can help yourself recover from almost anything.

Remember “Eat less”, DOESN’T mean “don’t touch”, it simply means less. Crowding out foods will help you create healthy meals, all while staying full and hunger-free!

Wait… rewind a little… what does “crowding out foods” even mean?

Crowding out foods is when you add foods onto your plate, rather than take foods out. For example, if you choose to adopt the Global Glow lifestyle (which leans towards the alkaline way of living), you will start “crowding” your plate with alkaline foods, leaving less room and desire for all the bad stuff.

“Crowding out foods will help you create healthy meals, all while staying full and hunger-free!”

Given half the chance, the body will heal itself, by itself. All it needs is the right building blocks and a little TLC, so give your body what it needs, and it will take care of the rest.

Live your life. Adopt the Global Glow Lifestyle.
